Current Events

Our "Wellness Program" series will be continuing with a new 8-week session of "Introduction to Pilates," starting Tuesday, September 9, 2008. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. Classes are limited to 10 participants.

We will provide the exercise mats. You provide the willingness to experience an enjoyable and fulfilling approach to the strengthening of your core. You will realize a higher level of energy because you are working the entire body from your core, as well as incorporating improved levels of breathing. Good breath control allows for higher levels of oxygen in the blood and enhanced circulation overall!

As always, there will be an "early bird" registration, as well as a "drop-in" rate, space permitting. See our Fee Schedule below.
